I'm not a big fan of short stories, but I do enjoy Sam Jones's work. He brings us insight into the lives of some very interesting--sometimes quirky--characters, and his style is a little enigmatic and quite perceptive.And I like it that the stories ...

The approachable, vibrant dishes transport a little of the neighborhood joints’ sunny brunch vibes directly to your home. This book is a very easy book to read and believe me if you make it all the way through you will find yourself a very changed person feeling free, maybe for the first time in your life. The characters are vivid and so real it's as if you could possibly have lived next door, worked with or knew them from mutual aquaintances. My daughter loves theses books and they came used but in GREAT condition she has already finished reading one of them :-).
