There's a lot of nostalgia here along with solid, practical advice. Really enjoyed this book. However, when Richard looks into Logan’s blue eyes it’s tough to stay focused. I have read several of the ideas presented, but I will use the book as a reference for the rest. Once associated only with the wealthy and privileged in Latin America, lifelong illnesses are now emerging among a wider cross section of the population as an unfortunate consequence of growing urbanization and increased life expectancy.
